Cecília Toraci

Cecília was an HR executive in companies of the financial sector, having served as Business Partner and Head of Organizational Development, responsible for projects with emphasis on performance and potential evaluation, organizational culture, professional development and talent management.

She has conducted consulting, assessment and coaching projects in companies such as Atlas Schindler, Akzo Nobel, Avon, Citibank, Ideal Invest, Itaú – Unibanco, Makro, Multiplus, Pernambucanas, Rabobank, São Martinho, Siemens, Suzano, Toyota, Tractebel, Volvo , among others.

She graduated in Psychology at USP – University of São Paulo, with specialization in Human Resources and holds a post-graduate degree in Career Consulting from FIA / USP. She is certified in Integrated Coaching by ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, and Art & Science of Coaching by Erickson College, member of ICF – International Coach Federation.

She is internationally certified for the application of psychometric tools OPQ32 / MQ / Verify (CEB – SHL), Wave / Swift (Saville Consulting), 15FQ (Psytech), PAPI3 (Cubiks) and MBTI. She is fluent in English.
