Eduardo Faro

Eduardo is Vice President and Partner of FESA Advisory – Consulting company in Human Capital and Organization of the FESA Group.

He is a consultant in people management, organization and change management, having worked in several consulting companies such as Coopers & Lybrand, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and PwC, leading and executing projects with emphasis on the design and implementation of people management strategies, organizational models, HR processes, talent management policies, succession, performance management, skills and strategic compensation. He teaches postgraduate and extension courses at FIA-USP.

He has conducted consulting projects in more than 50 organizations such as Technip, Yahsat, Abengoa, Fio Cruz, Camargo Corrêa, FSB, Light, SMT-RJ, MDC, TCE-RJ, Banco do Brasil, Votorantim, Sesi / Senai-SP, CEMIG , State of Minas Gerais, Schering Plow, Banco Mercantil do Brasil, Canon, TCU, CBMM, Elektro, Natura, Companhia Muller de Bebidas, VALE, Energisa, Petros, BCB, Odebrecth Oil & Gas, REFAP, Petrobras, Volvo, Mills, Electrolux, RJR (Coca-Cola), Sudop / Essilor.

He graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) – School of Management and Business, and holds a postgraduate degree in Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence from COPPE / UFRJ and Master in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – concentration in Organization and Human Resources. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
